SHIPPING
Australian Shipping
Knots Apparel Co. Pty Ltd. Ship domestically (within Australia).  We work with Star Track and Australian Post to ship goods to customers.  All Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 per order within Australia. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be picked, packed and processed.  Once your order is dispatched it can take 3-5 business days to be delivered to metro locations and 3-10 days for other locations.
Shipping rates outside of Australia very and will be applied at checkout where applicable.

Knots Apparel Co. Pty Ltd offer tracking on all shipments.  When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation order email that will include your tracking details.

All orders over $150.00 in value qualify for free shipping (inside Australia) and code FREE150 should be applied at checkout.

Delays can occur from time to time, usually this is due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather events, road/traffic delays, global pandemics etc.  If you have any concerns please contact us.

PAYMENTS
Knots Apparel Co. Pty Ltd. Accept Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.

Knots Apparel Co. online is hosted by Shopify.  Through our website you can access several payment methods including ShopPay, GPay and Paypal.

We also offer AfterPay at our checkout.  Enjoy Now Pay Later with Afterpay.

Knots Apparel Co. Pty Ltd work to provide a secure and safe online shopping experience.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data.  It will be encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  Your data is stored only as long as it is needed to process your transaction, upon completion of the transaction the information is deleted. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa Mastercard.

RETURNS 
Knots Apparel Co. Pty Ltd offer a 14 day Returns policy to all customers. Please consider all return requirements when processing your return.

If you purchased your products more than14 days ago, a return will not be available to you. 

The item/s being returned must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The products must also be in the original packaging and have all tags (if any) attached and intact.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note gift card expiry dates and redeem them ahead of the noted expiry time.

We do not offer exchanges. If you have returned your product due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, you can purchase the product in your required size (or another product) in a new transaction.

Due to hygiene reasons there is strictly no returns on accessories, swimwear, underwear and headwear.

Returns must be sent by post only and cannot be accepted by any other method. Under no circumstances can items purchased online from knotsappparel.co be returned to retail stockist.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the Knots Apparel Co Returns and Exchange submission form (attached) to be completed and submitted with your items.

Only regular prices items may be refunded.  Sale items do not quality for refund or exchange.  All sale items are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the result of your submission; the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.  Please check your bank account for funds within the returns time frames first.  Banking institutes and credit card companies can, at times delay returned funds, if unsure we urge you to contact your vendor directly.  If you still have not received your returned funds please email sales@knotsapparel.co with further information and our team will raise an investigation for you.

Knots Apparel Co. Pty Ltd. will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival and within exchange requirements.

If you require an exchange for exactly the same item, please send us an email at sales@knotsapparel.co.

Shipping your return/exchange product is at your expense.  We recommend using registered post with tracking when you ship your items and shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item, tracking and insurance is a secure form for returns.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow time for your return to be processed.  Shipping time varies depending on customer locations, please consider this when processing your return/exchange.
